Installation Instructions

CAMM installs in 4 simple steps:
- Make a Backup
- Upload Files
- Install Module
- Modify Header Template
- Optional Kayako Integration
STEP 1: Make a Backup
Make a complete backup of your WHMCS files and database. A backup ensures that you will be able
to recover from a failed installation with no loss of data. It is also recommended to take your site offline at this time.
We cannot be held liable for any loss of data or functionality of your site.
STEP 2: Upload Files
Upload all files to the root directory of your WHMCS installation. Make sure
that all files are uploaded with the same directory structure as they are in the archive.
STEP 3: Install Module
Log into your WHMCS administration panel with full administrative access.
Go to UTILITIES --> Addon Modules --> Client Menu and follow the instructions there.
STEP 4: Modify Header Template
There are a few code changes that have to be made to your existing WHMCS header.tpl; please do them carefully as it is
very easy to make a mistake that will render your site unusable. These changes consist of adding an include to the <head> section,
and a couple changes to the body.
IF your are using the PORTAL style:
OPEN FILE: templates/portal/header.tpl

STEP 5: Optional Kayako Integration
If you use the Kayako support suite and wish to integrate CAMM within, you can choose to have CAMM appear within the Kayako support suite.
Note: Kayako integration is currently considered experimental.
